FAQ

Qn: How is brow embroidery done?

At Paramedic Aesthetics, every brow embroidery appointment includes:

⭐Brow Consultation
⭐Embroidery Design
⭐Numbing Cream
⭐Custom Blended Iron Oxide Pigments
⭐Personal Disposable Embroidery Needle
⭐Brow Embroidery
⭐Aftercare

Qn: Is brow embroidery permanent?

Our services are semi-permanent. That’s great because you do not need to commit to it all your life. Let’s face it, how we want our brows in our 20’s is very different from our 30’s where we may want something softer.

Our brow embroidery is totally waterproof, weatherproof and sweat-proof that fades into natural shades of hue over time.

With a single session, Paramedic Aesthetic aims to deliver 60% colour retention for up to 6 months after the first eyebrow embroidery. With a 2nd session to lock in colour, your brows will be able to stay perfect for the next 12-18 months.

Qn: Is brow embroidery safe?

Paramedic Aesthetics takes pride in the highest standard of hygiene, prioritising your safety and satisfaction by:

⭐Following the strictest hygiene guidlines.
⭐All tools are sterilised with an autoclave machine (the kind surgeons use in the OR) in-house. Single-use embroidery attachments and disposables are assigned to every customer at no extra charge.
⭐Our highly trained technicians carefully deposit natural oxide pigments through embroidery techniques onto the skin.
⭐Natural iron oxide pigments decrease the risks of allergies and skin reaction. Pigments used are 100% natural and gradually fade to natural hues.

Qn: Is it painful?

We apply a generous amount of numbing cream for a painless brow embroidery experience. After the application of numbing cream, we wait 20-30 mins for the numbing cream to numb the skin. Our technicians will test the numbness of your skin with a toothpick before proceeding with the embroidery.

Qn: How long does the brow embroidery last?

1st session will last 3-6 months. 2nd session locks in colour for 12-18 months. We recommended that customers schedule the second session a month after the first, to ensure even colour healing and retention for 12 months or more.

Qn: If I miss my appointment, can I reschedule again?

Qn: Will I have an allergic reaction to the LashRebirth treatment?

No. LashRebirth’s stemcell therapy treatment programme uses all natural and safe hair follicle stemcells to stimulate your lash follicle and maximise our lash growth potential with no side effects.

Qn: How long will my lash grow?

Your lashes will grow up to 2-8mm, with the completion of LashRebirth’s 3 sessions in-salon treatment + at home care. Your lashes growth length depends on your lash follicle absorbancy rate. The more absorbent your lash follicles are, the longer you lashes will grow. If your lashes are previously injured (eg. overuse of false lashes/lash extensions), your lashes will see significant growth with LashRebirth.

Qn: How long will the effects of the treatment last?

LashRebirth is a long term growth solution for longer, fuller lashes. The treatment programme keeps lashes healthy while stimulating natural lash growth. Even after your lashes fall (natural lash growth cycle), newly grown lashes will continue to grow long and thick.

Qn: If I stop the treatment halfway, will my lash continue to grow?

We recommended following through the full treatment (3 sessions in-salon treatment + at home care) consistently for best results. If you are unable to make it for your in-salon treatment, do continue to apply the take home nourishing kit regularly to stimulate lashes to continue growing. Feel free to have a quick chat with our technicians for us to advise the best way possible to complete your treatment.

Qn: If I miss my appointment, will it affect the results of the LashRebirth treatment?
